Today Kenneth shares how he made the commitment to jump into real estate full time after working a full time job for a number of years first. He kind of fell into geographic farming because he didn’t have a strong center of influence. He thought everyone was doing geographic farming and later realized that not many agents are doing it, and doing it well.

He’s since built up a team of 6 buyers agents, 2 admins and himself and has sold nearly 400 homes in his farm over the past few years. And it all started from one listing he “worked” in his farm.  This has led him to build out a door knocking and farming app for real estate agents that he personally uses in his business as well.
