I have been a licensed real estate agent in Las Vegas for 15 years( 14 with KW) but have been involved in different aspects of real estate since 2004 when my wife became a licensed agent. I’m a BOLD Grad and Tech Ambassador for our office.
I’ve worked in the best conditions (when it felt as though everyone was handed a house), to the worse and toughest economic downfall that hit our market. These times enabled me to adjust my strategies in order to help my clients but also remain a successful agent, where I saw many of my colleagues leave the business.
All these obstacles I overcame have made me the successful agent I am today. Throughout my real estate career, I’ve also spoken on several panels regarding using the internet and other technology for real estate. My last speaking engagement was for the Oklahoma Association of Realtors, which encompassed the entire state.
