Today Kate shares how she went from working in the industry as an admin to getting licensed and running one of the top teams in her community.
Kate has made it her mission to be authentic and build strong relationships in her small town. Giving back and getting involved in the community is a corner stone in her business. Over the years, she’s learned to adapt and evolve her approaches due to a huge boom in new development bringing a load of new people from all over to their community. This has led her and her team to not only stay relevant with past clients and her sphere, but also build strong relationships with new people in the community.
