When I started my real estate career, I moved to a brand-new city with no network, no name recognition, and no easy way in. After seeing how outdated strategies left so many agents struggling, I knew there had to be a better way.
The breakthrough came when I became an office productivity coach β helping agents grow their businesses from the ground up. Thatβs where I discovered the true power of building a hyperlocal presence.
Using the strategies I developed, I launched into a brand-new market and closed 17 transactions in just 15 months β without relying on a big team, a massive budget, or years of connections.
