Starting is Easy… This is Where Most Agents Stall Out

There’s a certain energy that comes with launching a new farm.

It's hard to replicate! You’re motivated, you’ve got a plan, and for a while, it feels exciting to put yourself out there.

The first few weeks often go well. You have big dreams of what's possible. You deliver your materials. You knock on some doors. You post some local content. You feel like you're FINALLY doing the thing you said you'd do.

But then... real life kicks back in.

Clients call. Deals demand your time. Other strategies look shinier. You skip a touchpoint one week… then two… and before long, the farm goes quiet.

And not because you gave up.

It’s just that momentum, the kind that actually creates results, doesn’t usually show up in those early weeks or months.

How to start geographic farming...


It shows up after the excitement wears off.

After you’ve repeated yourself more than you wanted to.

After you’ve followed up with someone who didn’t respond the first time.

That’s where most agents stall out. Right on the edge of traction.

It’s the space between “I’ve launched” and “this is working,” and if you’re not prepared for it, it can feel like the whole strategy isn’t working.

But it is working! You just haven’t been consistent long enough for the results to show.


That’s why Phase 2 of the 90-Day Farming Challenge is so important.

This is the part where you stay visible. It's the part that if you skip, you may not catch at first.

But you keep showing up even if no one says anything back (yet).
