Welcome back to our 83rd episode of the Launch Your Farm Show where I interview Melinda Kruse DiPerna with Keller Williams in San Diego.

Today Melinda shares how she went from working in marketing for Fortune 100 firms, to being a chemist, a stay a home mom, a consultant and got into real estate because she was investing  in short term rentals before they were a thing and wanted to help others do the same.

In the last few years, Melinda has learned to be much more purposeful and intentional with building her real estate business and has mastered what she calls “Lead gen from the couch” where she leverages a communication and relationship building strategy using social media platforms like Facebook.
