Today Andrew and I talk about how he went from working in the fitness industry to moving to a completely different province with his wife and kid and started his real estate business from scratch. Andrew realized that if his friends in the business could do the business so could he. So he jumped in with both feet after giving up his corporate gig with salary, commission and bonuses to start over in a completely new place.
Andrew has built an incredible business that has been 85% from agent to agenta referrals. If you want to build your farm, then farming other agents can be an incredible source of business!
