Episode 55 – Jenny Wemert
Listen On The Podcast
Welcome back to our 55th episode of the Launch Your Farm Show where I interview Jenny Wemert with the Wemert Realty Group in Orlando.
Today Jenny shares how she went from being a 7th grade science teacher, to getting into real estate on her own and then moved into running a massively successful “Team-erage“ where they sold over 900 homes last year.
Jenny started out like most typical real estate agents do over 20 years ago and launched a farm. That farm was one of the key building blocks for her success and we share how she evolved from crushing it in her farm, to dominating her area. She shares what lessons she’s learned over the years to grow an incredibly successful team and she shares a ton of golden nuggets you can use in your business.
In this episode Jenny and I talk about:
- Why she chose to get involved in her farm by focusing on things she would like to see as a mom and how she built relationships doing what she enjoyed.
- Jenny shares how she built her farm up to an 80% market share by learning to find her “Tribe” in the community and become the go to ambassador.
- What type of marketing and events she does in her area to build a database of over 100,000 people. She shares a ton of examples so you can see what’s worked best for them.
- A SUPER easy way to get a ton of contact information from members in your community so you can grow your database quickly.
- How she’s adapted and evolved her current business to leverage the strategies and tactics she learned from farming and how she’s using it all to expand her team even further.
- Plus a ton of other ideas that you can use to grow geographic farm!
