Steven Green
Steven Green has been with Park Regency for 36 years and has been heralded as a consistent and experienced, long‐term top producer. In the 1990’s as Park Regency Realty continued to grow, the company began to track the top producers for each year. Since then, Steven is the only member of the sales force to have finished in the top 10 for the company every single year. In fact, he finished an impressive 4th over all in the company in 2014.
Steven takes pride in his ability to market himself as well as his client’s properties here presents. His passion for the marketing side of the Real Estate game began in college where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the prestigious Pepperdine University. Steven’s regimen for cultivating new business includes a balanced approach of door knocking, telemarketing, internet marketing and by direct mail.
He is a self motivated individual that stays focused day in and day out by reading inspirational books, listening to CD’s and attending the company’s motivational workshops.
